Dear Heidi,
I wish I could tell you more detail on this photo. I took it at an LDS Stake Conference meeting in Accra, Ghana a few years ago. It is a public building that was used for gatherings and the Church had rented it out for the conference. I wish I could tell you more about the mural as well. It is really beautiful.

I do have a bit more information on the building in the photograph but I could not find out anything regarding the beautiful mural.
The building is the International Conference Center in Accra, which the Church typically rents for conferences. It is adjacent to the national football (soccer) stadium. Hope that helps.
